OUR HISTORY
* 1958 founding of the Institute of Medical Cosmetology - the first specialised workplace in Czechoslovakia, which focused on complex care for appearance, health and beauty at the clinical level and, in connection with cosmetology and dermatology, developed a new direction of aesthetic medicine (plastic surgery).
In 1988, the Institute was transformed into the newly established Institute of Medical Cosmetology Prague State Enterprise and was at the time completely unique both in Czechoslovakia and in the Eastern Bloc countries. A number of experts such as Assoc. MUDr. o. Feřtek, prim. MUDr. k. Fahoun, doc. MUDr. J. Měšt'ák and many others.
In 1993 the Institute was privatized into private hands.
In 1996, the Institute was divided into two parts - the newly established Institute of Medical Cosmetics Ltd. took over the clinical medical part, specializing in aesthetic medicine and plastic surgery, and the original Institute of Medical Cosmetics Prague a.s. retained the production and research of cosmetic and health products, mostly dermatological.
In 2024, the Institute was again divided into two parts - the Institute of Medical Cosmetics Prague a.s. continues to develop and produce cosmetic dermatological products and the newly established INSTITUTE OF NATURAL REGENERATION s.r.o. took over the activities related to the development and production of products for regeneration and vitality enhancement, including the veterinary section.
